Q:  Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
A: There is absolutely zero obligation. Once you tell us a bit about your property/needs, we will set up a call with you to find out a bit more and/or schedule to see the property, have an inspection completed if needed, & give you a cash offer (a lot of times, 2-3 offers/solutions given at once) that’s fair for you & fair for us. We will always explain/show our data so you have a clear understanding of your offers/solutions to choose from.  It is 100% your decision on whether or not you’d like to sell your house to us… & we won’t hassle you, won’t harass you… it’s 100% your decision & you decide what’s right for you. 

Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A:  We’re not agents. We buy homes.  If you would like for us to buy your home with cash, this avoids having to deal with a real estate agent listing your property & showing it until finding a buyer.  If you believe selling your home on the MLS is what is best for you, we have agents/brokers we work with that will gladly assist these desires.  

We aim at buying homes from those that are about to lose their home to the bank if they don't find a solid solution. We want to provide another option for people/families so the bank/lender does not have to take people out of their home & often times those people are left with no home, money, and a bad hit to their credit score.   If we can create a win-win & you allow Achieve The Needs to purchase your property before losing it to bank, we will then buy, make repairs/updates & resell it to another homeowner or possibly turn into a rental property.  We are an open book about our vision/plans when working with you.
 

Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A:  Many of the houses we purchase are below market value (this allows us to do the necessary repairs/updates the home needs & allow a sale with a new homeowner/family).  We are looking to get a fair discount on a property, one that allows us both to win!  
Many sellers appreciate that we can offer cash, we close quickly (no waiting for financing), & no time, effort, or expense is required on your part to fix up the property nor will you have to pay agent, closing, and/or title, fees.

Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  We are an open book!  We look at the location of the property, the current condition of the property, what repairs are needed, & values of comparable houses sold in the area recently.  We take different pieces of information into consideration & come up with a fair & logical price that works for you & us!  We explain AND show our gathered data so you have a clear understanding of it all.  
 

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: This is what makes us stand out from the traditional method of selling your house. There are NO fees or commissions when you sell your house to us. When we make you an offer, and if it’s a fit then we’ll buy your houseNo hassle. No fees.
We make our money after we pay for repairs/updates on the house (if any) & resell to a new homeowner. The responsibility is ours & you walk away without the burden of the property & it's payments…& often with cash in your hand.
 

Q:  How are you different from a real estate agent?
A: We’re not agents. Achieve The Needs Real Estate Support buys properties.
Founder of Achieve The Needs, Malarie Fields, is working to obtain her R.E. license although her goal is not to list your home & spend the time showing it & hoping for a buyer.
Achieve The Needs was created to provide people with a valuable option when needing/wanting to sell their home.
We can make a decision to buy your house within a timely manner (sometimes the same day).  We understand timing can be critical depending on your situation. 

Just to be clear, we make our living by buying your property "as-is" with cash, repair/update the property, & market it ourselves (and or list on the MLS) to find a new homeowner.

Real estate agents list properties & hope that someone will buy them. The agent shows the properties to prospective buyers if there are any and then they are owed a percentage of the sale price if they find a buyer. Oftentimes, the agent’s commission is 3-6% of the sale price of your property (so if it’s a $100,000 house, you’ll pay between $3,000 – $6,000 in commissions to an agent). Agents provide a great service for those that can spend time and money to repair/update property, willing to have their property shown to different people to find a buyer & for those who don’t mind giving up some of that sale price to pay for the commissions. (NO offense to any agents! Real Estate agents/brokers are incredible people and do incredible work!)
