Achieve The Needs is not here to "sell" anyone homes or land or anything. 
We are built and operate straight from the heart and a matter of facts. 

Over the last 4+ years when learning that I hold the utmost passion connecting & helping people in real estate, I decided to use the resources, experience, and relationships acquired to set a new stage for caring to help handle the humans' emotional needs when helping
to achieve their real estate needs (and wants). Because let's face it, the process to sell your property from start to finish can seem like a far road ahead, maybe overbearing, confusing, overwhelming, intimidating, sketchy, hard to "really know" or see a clear picture or
"plan of action, etc. etc.."
Much of the population lives stuck in their own heads about the wonders of their true real estate capabilities...  
Achieve The Needs acknowledges Homeowners and their circumstances.
Achieve The Needs supplies knowledge (on paper) for Homeowners to see with their own eyes (and keep). 
Achieve The Needs triggers Empowerment in Homeowners (and future Homeowners). 

Personal empowerment means taking control of your life. ...
True personal empowerment requires you to set meaningful goals to identify what you want from life, and then take action to achieve those goals and have more impact over the world around you.
People who are not empowered tend to lack control over what they do.

My passion is not specifically “selling homes...”I quickly learned to notice (& LOVE) that there is several other (important and life changing) opportunities to help humans in Real Estate and I do not need a real estate license to lead the people of my community with a trusting heart, facts, and everlasting support.  
 

I have chosen to gain education in Real Estate Licensing in the state of Louisiana. This has added to my knowledge base to better navigate, help, and explain the different real estate processes. I have taken the real estate licenser schooling 2x (once in 2016 and again in 2019) to one day obtain my real estate license. I put to use my realty schooling towards my Real Estate Support Investments and will "hold-off" being a "licensed agent in LA" to continue full focus on delivering the promise Achieve The Needs Real Estate Support provides.
 

Where my deepest passion lives is helping humans, from all walks of life, by simply accepting them and loving them for who they are. 
...straight from my heart.
 

With a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University, I have always known well before obtaining my degree (in May 2019) that I will help humans in some way/shape/form! 
 

When you reach out for help, things don’t seem as scary or too far out of reach than it did before! 

Without the people we know, meet, & connect with, life can be really tough.

IT’S Y.O.U. & THE HUMANS that make all the difference!

My ultimate goal is to earn by helping those in need in real estate & using those earnings to fulfill an even bigger dream... helping souls with drug abuse and mental illnesses. --& I can't wait to share more of my passion for this to be apart of making a true impact in our community 1st, then our state, nation, & WORLD!!!  

Just a small way I, Malarie, would like to give back and help is by donating $1,000 (or more) from my personally earned profits from each "project," to a family in need in our community.
